Service to Our Country
Dr. Norris proudly served in the United States Air Force, where he was appointed Chief of Orthodontics at Misawa Air Base in Japan. In this role, he provided orthodontic care to service members and their families, further strengthening his leadership, clinical skill, and dedication to service.
A Pioneer in Sustainable Orthodontic Care
Dr. Norris has long believed that excellence in healthcare includes responsibility to the community and the environment.
- In 2007, he began transitioning his practice to 100% renewable energy
- Installed 80 solar panels producing 16 kW of power
- Partnered with CPS Energy’s Windtricity renewable program
- In 2010, led the expansion of Stone Oak Orthodontics to become the first LEED-Certified orthodontic office in the world

Life Beyond the Practice
A Texas native, Dr. Norris was raised in Kingsville and now resides in San Antonio with his wife and three children. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active through activities such as skiing, cycling, swimming, boating, hiking, kayaking, and strength training.
His proudest accomplishment remains his family, and he brings that same care and dedication into every patient relationship.
